Our Privacy Policy
What personal Data do we collect and why do we collect it?

As part of our training courses, we collect information that you have provided us with. This may be names, addresses – both home and billing, email addresses and phone numbers. This information is stored for the duration of the training course.

Contact forms
When visiting our website if you use any contact forms, we will receive your name and any contact information that you provide to us. This data is stored until your enquiry is complete and then deleted.

Course application forms
When applying for one of our courses, you are sent an application form – usually through email. This form requests personal data so that we can contact you and provide you with a good level of service. Application forms clearly state how we use and store your data. This data is stored whilst you are training with us. Our courses can run over many years and it is important that we store your data throughout the life of your training to support you and contact you if needed. When training ceases your data is destroyed. Please note that any forms sent through email are printed and stored securely. If you have applied to train with us and wish that we delete or destroy your data please get in touch with us.

Who we share your data with
Your data is stored and processed by one member of our team. It is never shared or sold to third parties. We will only disclose your details to third parties only if we are legally required to do so. We may share your personal data internally if you have consented to it and we have grounds to do so.

Your Rights
You have the right to request to view your data or that we destroy your data at any time.

The security of your data
We do our best to protect your personal data. If at any time we suspect a breach of personal data we will notify suitable authorities within 72 hours and we will notify you if there is a threat to your rights. We do everything we possibly can to prevent privacy breaches.
Changes to this policy
This policy is updated on a regular basis. It has been written with due regard to ICO guidelines. The last update was May 2022.
This policy was adopted by the Management Committee on 6th June 2022 and is up for review in June 2024.
